Often fathers are regarded as second to mothers which I personally believe shouldn’t be the case, they both should be kept on the same pedestal believe it or not. Just like our mothers, our fathers also make huge sacrifices for us. If your mother is the brain of your family then your father is the spinal cord of your family, he helps you get back on your feet when you fall. Some of us don’t have a father but that doesn’t mean that we should be deprived from the opportunity to celebrate Father’s Day. Anyone who has helped you get on your feet after a drastic fall can be considered as a father figure, it can be your mom or your sister or your brother or someone else. After all, Father’s Day isn’t about having a father, it is about someone on whom you can always lean on to.

This post is dedicated to my SPINAL CORD, my Father who has always supported me, trusted me and believed in me when no one else did. Thank you, dad, for everything you have ever done for me and our family.

This greeting card design can be used for many other occasions as well.

Things needed to make this card:-

1. A4 size colored papers

2. Fevicol

3. Scissors

Step by step tutorial for this Mandala Art:-

·        Take a colored A4 size sheet and start folding it in from one corner such that you form a triangle, now cut out the remaining portion. (When you will unfold this triangle you’ll see a perfect square)

·        Now take a corner of this folded triangle and join it with the other corner of the same triangle. You’ll see a smaller triangle forming.

·        Now start drawing a big petal on one side of the triangle and then cut it along the pencil mark. Now first unfold this and then fold this unfolded petal in such a way that a heart is formed.

·        Now take another A4 size sheet and cut out leaf shapes from it.

·        Now take another colored paper and roll it into a stem. Now on another paper draw small hearts and cut them out.

·        Now paste all of these one inside the other and in the end attach the stem on the backside of your card. To this stem with the help of a glue add the cut outs of your leaf.
