Colors play an extremely important role in our day to day life . Other than making things attractive and easy on eyes, colors have the power to sway away our thinking and our reactions. Some colors can soothe us while others can irritate us, some can make us smile while other can make us feel a little grumpy. Colors not only improve recognition of objects but they also help us to communicate our mood and our emotions. Many writers and poets throughout history have used colors for symbolism, for example: while some writer use the color RED to show passion and excitement, other use it to represent guilt.

To make this mandala art first take a white sheet and then take a wet cotton lump, now dip this cotton lump in the color of your choice and paint the paper. After painting keep the paper aside so that it can dry out. It is important to leave it aside for a while so that later the mandala you draw on it doesn’t smudge. Now make semi circles using the compass, now make any design of your choice inside the mandala.

Mandala and meditation-:

For me doing mandala art is as good as doing meditation. Whenever I start my mandala art the demons of my past and the worries of my future immediately comes to a halt, and when that happens I automatically start feeling a wave of calmness inside my mind and body.

No one is perfect when they start-:

When you do it for the first time then there is a very good chance that it won’t turn out the way you thought it would, but don’t let that keep you away from trying. Does it till the time you don’t feel peace and satisfaction? Always remember no one is perfect the moment he/she starts.

So, Keep trying!
